What we collect

Your sign-in email and name from Apple or Google, the clothing you add (details and photos), and your conversations with the stylist, including any photos you send it. We also keep a daily count of your AI requests, to apply usage limits.

How we use it

Only to run the app for you: to show and sync your closet, identify clothing from care-label photos and product links, and answer your stylist questions. We don't sell your data, show ads, or use tracking.

When a piece is identified, its product facts (brand, style number, name, colorway, product page and photo) go into a shared catalog so the next person with the same piece finds it faster. Nothing about you is stored with them: no account, no photos of yours.

AI features

Reading tags, filling in pieces from a link, and the stylist use AI. The app asks your permission the first time, before anything is sent, and you can turn it off anytime in Settings. With it off, you can still add pieces by hand.

Who processes it

Optional: brand insights

This is off unless you turn it on in Settings. If you do, brands may someday see anonymous counts, such as how many people own their brand in a given size. They never see your name, email, photos, or individual pieces, and any group with fewer than 25 people is never shown. We don't sell individual data. You can turn it off anytime in Settings, and deleting your account deletes your choice and its history.

Keeping and deleting it

Your data stays until you delete it. Photos sent to the stylist are deleted after 30 days. Delete your account anytime in Settings to permanently erase everything about you: your closet, photos, stylist chats, style notes and usage counts.

Children

Kloova isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
